The Articles of Incorporation must contain the names and addresses of each incorporator.  The Articles of Incorporation only needs one incorporator.  The incorporator can be a natural person or an entity.  All incorporators must sign both the Articles of Incorporation and the Certificate of Disclosures. 

The purpose of the incorporator is to assist with the formation of the corporation, prepare and file the Articles of Incorporation and upon filing the Articles of Incorporation with the Commission, all powers, duties and responsibilities of the incorporator shall cease.
