What is your LLC’s “Known Place of Business”?

At all times, the LLC must maintain a “known place of business” in the State of Arizona.  The LLC may change its known place of business at any time by filing a Statement of Change with the AZ Corporation Commission.  It is important that the AZ Corporation Commission be informed of the LLC’s current known place of business at all times.
