1. To request a refund, simply contact us during our normal business hours. Simply return all of the documents and material sent to you, and we will process your refund within 10 business days of receipt. All refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t refund money charged by the state government, such as the AZ Secretary of State and AZ Corporation Commission, for filing fees or other third-party out-of-pocket costs (i.e. publication costs) incurred while preparing and filing your documents.
2. Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular service. For instance, if the name you selected for your trade name is not available upon processing by the AZ Secretary of State’s office or your company name is not available upon processing by the AZ Corporation Commission, we are not responsible. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. We will work with you to correct the situation, such as submitting a new name to the applicable agency if the previous name chosen is unavailable.
3. We do not refund fees related to our statutory agent services once you have retained us and we have processed your request. You are free, at any time, to select a new statutory agent by filing a Statement of Change with the AZ Corporation Commission.
