emailArizona law requires every company, both LLCs and Corporations, to have an Arizona statutory agent. The company must identify the statutory agent’s name and physical address. A statutory agent can be an individual or an entity. For more information, read our article on Statutory Agents.

Our office provides statutory agent services for Arizona LLCs and Corporations. When we serve as statutory agent, we receive service of any documents for your company, scan them into our system, e-mail and/or fax the documents to you, call you and advise you we received them, and send you the originals in the mail. Any follow-up services provided by our office that are related to the legal notice are charged separately.
